  • Do I need to be in a relationship to take this course?

    No! You don't have to have a spouse for this workshop. As helpful as a loving partner can be for sexual healing, it is not a requirement to experience sexual wholeness and health. This is for anyone who wants to seek healing and a better understanding in relation to sexuality.

  • I'm interested in taking this, but my spouse isn't...

    I'm sorry to hear that— it's hard to be on different pages with your partner. If you think this content would be helpful to your personal healing, I'd encourage you to still take it! You can definitely do the workshop without a spouse— healthy individual sexuality is a precursor to healthy couple sexuality. You can offer the second workbook to a safe, close friend who can support you while you’re going through the teachings. You can always come back to the content with your partner later.

  • Is the content more conceptual or practical?

    Both! We will dig into beliefs about sexuality, harmful messages, Scripture, and research. There's also a whole chapter devoted to the science and mechanics of sex because many of us missed out on practical sex education.

Brandi K. Harris, MS, LPC & LMFT is a professional therapist, author, teacher and coach. Personally she's a mom of 3 kids, a wife, a friend, and a follower of Jesus. She has been in counseling practice for over 15 years and published her first book in 2015, teaching on the side for both the public and at a local university.​ She's also done a few random things like playing roller derby and shaving her head. She no longer has a belly button. She's just a fun human who makes mistakes and then tries to recover.
